- "This place is ABSOLUTELY the WORST business I have ever experienced. They offer a point system for discounts that you can redeem through receipts, but then when they do not print you one, regardless.of the reason, you do not receive your points and are told, "sorry, there is nothing we can do." I have ALWAYS been given a receipt and now because there is a new employee, I have to assume that I should ask for one. The employee chose not to print a receipt and I am being told it is my fault. They have gone out of their way to create issues with receiving the points that they advertise and then make it very clear that it is your fault if you don't received them and will not make it right. The new employee flat out lied to the manager and I asked the camera to be pulled to verify that he lied and she in turn lied to me about it as well."
"I’ve had nearly 20 piercings (all over) and hands down this was my best experience. Inna’s shop is homey but professional and incredibly stocked with jewelry options. I went in for one specific piercing and ended up leaving with four new pieces and updates on old ones. She helped me incorporate some of the old jewelry I had and I left so excited about it all. I definitely found my new shop!"
