"If you go, have Megan as your tech. AMAZING. Was constantly with her, loved her and no issues, then my tech was changed abruptly and randomly to Angie, I didn’t like her, I even Waited 30 minutes in lobby for my appt If you just look on the sonterra website you can also see Megan is more trained in more areas as well. Stop changing techs without notification first, this isn’t the first review to mention that, I would’ve appreciated being asked if I was comfortable with a new tech first"
