"Horrible customer service. Went in & even though several artists were just sitting there. Just “hanging out” no one wanted to take me & my partner . We had come in the day before and was told by the owner ( who was super sweet & nice) to come in the next day. When I did the owner wasn’t there and his workers definitely dropped the ball. After sitting there and being ignored I was told just cone back a later time. I decided to go to another local tattoo shop. Black owned & let me tell you. My tattoo was half the price that was quoted for me at screaming ink and it’s perfection. I’m happy with my outcome but I definitely feel if I was a white client that they would have taken me instantly at screaming ink. Definitely had a horrible experience"

"Excellent. Clean, welcoming environment. 10/10 on quality of work and price. Cant wait to go back for more! And I hate the pain from the tattoo needle, but it's worth it when you see a finished product that is done so cleanly and professionally. Also sometimes it's hard for what's in your head to come out like what you wanted, not in this case. The lettering for my sons name was Jay's idea, and it was perfect."

I had them do a sentimental piece for my first tattoo, and it came out exactly how I wanted and they're keeping tabs on me to make sure it's healing correctly.
