This review is in regards to service I received from STUART for my PIERCINGS. We walked in and there was a bit of a wait, but that's on us for not making an appointment, so no worries there. There was another person waiting too, but we managed to social distance in the lobby.
Once it was our turn, Stuart was awesome! He was 100% focused on the task at hand, answered all our questions with care and was obviously very passionate AND knowledgeable about what he does.
What I appreciated most was that he narrates what is happening to your body, as well as talks through what you're feeling, and gives like, time count downs throughout, which I found REALLY helpful.

In terms of wheelchair accessibility: the bathroom is definitely NOT wheelchair accessible. The door opens inward and there is a very narrow walkway between the counter and the wall that you need to pass through to get to the toilet. You *might* be able to navigate it with a cane, probably not with a walker, definitely not with a motorized wheelchair.
The shop area itself (where you would be getting your tattoo or piercing) is open and the tables are moveable, but there is a narrow "walkway" between counters that you must pass through to get from the 'lobby' area to the 'shop' area.
Parking is on the street and is catch-as-catch-can so allow yourself extra time (and pray for luck to the parking gods if it suits you) when coming by car.
