"Have been getting my nails done for 10+ yrs, but haven't been able to afford it for the last 2-1/2 yrs, until now. Boyfriend knew how much I missed them and convinced me it was time. Very glad this is the place I chose. Told me to come right in when I called, place wasn't overly busy and I was seated almost immediately. The guy who did them was great. He was gentle and fast. The price was so good, I even got my long overdue eyebrows done and the girl who did them was great too. Definitely going back. Thank you Valentino Nail Bar"

"First off, when you're offering $5 off haircuts to leave a positive review....you're in a free fall. For the better part of a year I've tried finding a stylist there that can perform the basic. Make sure and not leave tufts of hair above the ear, fade to a natural height...hell just have a sharp pair of scissors and clippers. It's always hit or miss. But the last two times I've been I've also just mysteriously had someone pull up, walk in and sit down before me...despite having no one down on the list in front of me and them taking appts. Both times it was evident the stylist knew the patron. Today was the last time. Those items alone are enough to make me stop trying but I have to remark on the general atmosphere because frankly, it's bizarre. Anytime there is actually more than one stylist there...the overwhelming silence and awkwardness is palpable. I'm not a big chatter and I can appreciate someone else who doesn't feel the need to chat but seeing coworkers actively try to avoid each other and conversing is hard to want to be around. Six months ago I was in the chair when a girl was straight up told not to bother coming back for her next shift. I figured that was an aberration but it was definitely indicative of the damaged culture that exists within this location I haven't left any names on purpose because none of this is personal but if you're reading reviews right now trying to decide if it's worth it to start coming here....just save your time and hair..."
